a buck a week

Free Will Baptist Students Take the Challenge of Saving One Dollar Each Week for FWB Missions.

Read more about the Buck a Week program at www.nycbuckaweek.com.

Imagine. Imagine if every Free Will Baptist student across the nation saved one Buck a Week to help change the world for Christ. What would that amount to after one year? Two years? Five Years? A generation?

Free Will Baptist Students have an opportunity to change forever the way we do missions. Some people say we can’t do it. We say we can.

HOW? By giving to an endowment.

What’s an endowment? An endowment is planned giving. In other words, give now for great rewards later.

ENDOWMENT GIVING LOOKS LIKE THE CHART BELOW:

Let me put it to you this way. If begin giving now, in ten years, when we are out of college and beginning our careers and ministries, we could underwrite the costs of missions endeavors for our generation. Missionaries could focus on missions rather than struggling to raise the money to support their ministry.

The choice is ours. We can…

  1. Plan ahead, and begin giving a Buck a Week to an endowment that will improve the future of missions for our denomination, or

  2. Keep doing the same old thing without planning ahead.

Take advantage of the opportunity to begin saving a Buck a Week.

If you are an adult reading this in ONE Magazine, please rip this page out and give it to a Free Will Baptist Student. Thanks!
